Tester Consent & Privacy Notice
Thank you for helping us test NeuralAlign. This is a pre-release proof of concept being shared with a limited group through Apple's TestFlight. Please read the following before signing up. You'll see the same notice in the app before your first session.
Pre-release experience
NeuralAlign is being evaluated and may contain bugs, interruptions, or incomplete features. Your participation and feedback will help us improve the experience.
Wellness, not medical care
NeuralAlign provides guided relaxation and wellness experiences. It does not provide medical or mental health diagnosis, treatment, or advice and is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
Safe use
Use NeuralAlign only in a safe, comfortable setting. Do not use it while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything requiring your full attention.
Who can test
Testers must be 18 or older.
What the signup form collects
When you sign up on this website, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Whether you have an iPhone
- The topics you might like to work on
- How you heard about NeuralAlign, if you choose to say
We use this only to send your TestFlight invite, contact you about testing, and understand what testers would like help with. Your signup is stored securely with our website host. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Privacy during testing
During testing, we and our service providers may store session transcripts (the text of what you and NeuralAlign say), technical and device information, and usage logs for troubleshooting and improvement. Your voice audio is processed to generate responses but is not retained.
NeuralAlign uses third-party AI and voice services to generate its responses. Your information is not sold or used for advertising.
Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information, such as financial details or government identifiers, during sessions.
Feedback
Feedback and issue reports you choose to provide may be used to improve NeuralAlign. Participation is voluntary, and you may stop using and delete the app at any time.
